MULTISCREENING BUCKET

Thanks to their patented screening system, the next-gen VMS Multiscreening buckets allow both the choice and the change of the material size directly from the cab. 
No replacement of any mechanical part, no stop of the work cycle, no need of personnel at the ground close to the tool.

The rotary drums of the Multiscreening bucket are two and slide one on another: controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, the inner drum’s back and forward movement allows to change the dimension of the holes for the material pouring. This feature grants the bucket its excellent versatility and the capacity to speed up our work greatly. 

Designed for excavators up to 35 tons and equipped with the new rotary 
Hb400 double-drum system, these tools enable the material size change 
to be hydraulically controlled from the cab. The operator selects the material size from 25 to 60 mm (65 mm for the two models VMS20 and VMS30) in real time. Ideal for screening rubble from demolition, from trench infills and from the clearing of stony ground, the Cangini screening bucket enables material to be recovered and managed directly on site, increasing the job’s productivity and economic returns.
