Day rentals allowed up to 8 hours on the meter. Week rentals are 40 hours, month rental is 120 hours.

The units are to be returned full of the appropriate fuel, or else there is a charge of $7.25/gallon.

The units are to be returned clean, or else there is a minimum cleaning fee of $200.00.

Pacific Tractor does not offer insurance on rentals. We do not require insurance for home use, however, we require contractors to submit a Certificate of Liability.

Customers are fully responsible for any damages that occur to the rental equipment. Should the equipment have any malfunctions, the customer is expected to notify Pacific Tractor immediately.

Our delivery and pickup hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM. For any customers renting on a Friday who need delivery and pickup service will be charged 2 days and the unit will be delivered Friday afternoon. The unit will then be picked up the following Monday. In the event of a business closure, it will be picked up Tuesday at no charge to the customer.

We require a minimum of a 3/4 ton hauling vehicle combined with the appropriate trailer rated for the weight of the unit and is equipped with trailer brakes.
